Warranty Policies BuyUnit Corp. does not manufacture any of the product(s) sold through our store or website. When you receive the unit please check the manufacturer's warranty information to understand the terms and conditions of the replacement part(s). If warranty paper(s) are missing please contact BuyUnit Corp. business office for immediate issuing of such information unless it is a product that is sold without warranty for example Export. (All initial or replacement installations of units purchased through BuyUnit Corp. must be installed by a state certified contractor.) If you require replacement parts, BuyUnit Corp. will help the Customer obtain the needed parts under the manufacturer's parts warranty by forwarding the documentation to the manufacturer. Any SERVICE charge(s) / TECHNICIAN Call(s) are never covered under any manufacturers warranty nor BuyUnit Corp's store. BuyUnit Corp will not be held responsible for any damages created by bad installation, unlicensed installer(s) or handling outside BuyUnit Corp warehouse. A certified technician needs to troubleshoot the problem and inform the customer of the problematic part with proper documentation. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY ONLY COVER(S) PARTS NOT SERVICE. Customer(S) will pay for shipping to and from on warranty replacement parts. Warranty Replacement Options Standard Part Replacement: We will ship you the replacement product after we have received your defective product. Shipping or Service fees are never covered under any product warranty and will not be reimbursed.

Order Cancellation and Return Policies Orders cancelled are subject to a *15% cancellation fee and customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred while returning merchandise to BUYUNIT Corp's warehouse. Special Orders can only be canceled within the same business day the order is placed and subject to a *15% cancellation fee. An order becomes a Special Order when the product(s) purchased are not in stock and have to be ordered or requested from the Factory. **Returns accepted within 30 days after the item is delivered with BuyUnit Corp approval #. For return approval product must be in original new condition and unopened box. If item at any moment is installed or shows any signs of installation in any way; item is considered used and return of item is unacceptable. Customer will be responsible for shipping & handling fees at all times. Returns accepted for full money back or store credit with approval #. *15% Restocking fee will apply on all returns. * It is calculated 15% of the product's sale price on the original invoice. **No Returns on Electrical Parts.

Shipping Policy Inspect the unit carefully for any shipping damages. Call us and we can take care of any shipping damages as long as you don't sign to receive the product that is damaged. We can then ship you a new product and handle the claim. Otherwise it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company and have them pay for repairs to the damages that you stated on the delivery receipt. All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to BuyUnit's shipping policies.

EPA Regulations Purchaser hereby acknowledges that federal law prohibits opening the refrigeration lines of any equipment purchase. A properly licensed person must handle the refrigerant contained in any unit/system. Purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper installation in accordance with applicable local code requirements.

Local Building Codes Seller makes no warranty that goods delivered hereunder comply with any local building code. In all cases, it shall be the customer's duty and right to determine whether goods are approved under local building codes for the state.

Errors on our Site Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and BuyUnit reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
